From 27 November to 17 February, you can experience Hôtel Les Neiges Courchevel at Hôtel Le Fouquet’s Paris, thanks to Chalet Les Neiges 1850.

With the cold weather setting in, bringing with it the end-of-year festivities and the desire to ski, Hôtel Barrière Le Fouquet’s Paris is embracing wintertime. Inside the recently renovated establishment, Barrière has erected a wooden chalet of 20 m2 that can accommodate up to 8 people on the terrace of Le Joy bar. Inspired by the newest Barrière establishment, Hôtel Barrière Les Neiges Courchevel, this Alpine bubble on the most beautiful avenue in the world promises to be an extraordinary experience for those pining for the snow-covered slopes.

Wooden furniture, animal skins, music, furs and Christmas decorations help create the cosy and cocoon like atmosphere inside this incredible venue.

Chalet Les Neiges 1850 serves guests a set menu at lunch and dinner. The meal starts with an appetiser and a cocktail created by Stéphane Ginouvès, Head Barman at Hôtel Barrière Le Fouquet’s Paris and a Meilleur Ouvrier de France, using Veuve Clicquot Rich, a champagne specially designed for mixology, served over ice and blended with mulled wine. Then comes the signature raclette selected by cheese maker and Meilleur Ouvrier de France, Xavier Thuret, accompanied by an assortment of Maison Garcia charcuterie, a truffled salad and new potatoes. For dessert, a mini baked Alaska and chocolate fondue with "Monsera 37% cocoa" and "Akosombo 68% cocoa", selected by the Head Pastry Chef and La Maison du Chocolat, will delight discerning palates.
