Le Fouquet’s classics such as steak tartare and Caesar salad appear alongside Breton specialities, healthy options and gluten-free dishes, all to be relished in a legendary décor of chandeliers and woodwork.

Soak up the atmosphere of Le Fouquet’s La Baule. Sample signature dishes reinvented by Pierre Gagnaire and presented by Chef Mikael Amisse. Admire the Harcourt portraits of 140 international screen stars that line the walls. Gourmet brasserie cuisine is enhanced by delectable local produce, including fine oysters from the Île aux Moines. Roasted blue lobster or the famous sole meunière never fail to delight first-time diners along with regular patrons of its sister restaurant in Paris. Healthy menus have been created by the Chef, in collaboration with the Nutritionists at Thalasso & Spa Diane Barrière Le Royal La Baule, to optimise flavour while minimising calories.
