Creative interior designer Chantal Peyrat has restyled the restaurant, revealing the Deauville spirit through pastel stripes and dark wood. The freshness of the sea and local flavours are highlighted by market cuisine from Chef.

Large picture windows look out onto greenery while Deauville and the Channel can be seen in all their splendour in the background. The restaurant boasts soothing interior design and a terrace for warm weather – the perfect setting to be charmed by the seasonal cuisine and Normandy classics revisited by Chef. Delight in a bold half lobster tempura, soft abalone chilled to bring out their tenderness, and local cheeses matured to perfection, then melt for succulent desserts, such as a crunchy apple Arlette biscuit – a most sublime interpretation of local produce.
