Exclusive cocktails brimming with subtle flavors, an amazing wine cellar and a welcoming atmosphere: Le Bar du Gray checks all the right boxes. Fine wines and mouth-watering treats abound here, as do classic cocktails (we recommend the margaritas, mojitos and bellinis) and five homemade signat ... ure cocktails whipped up by Emanuele Balestra, our head barman. A veritable alchemist of flavor, this talented mixologist blends intense alcohol with delicate aromatic plants he grows on the Terrasse du Gray or in the Le Majestic herb garden: vodka infused with ‘yellow gold’ for a Taliouine saffron-infused caipiroska. Chamomile-laced Campari for a twist on the iconic negroni. Bourbon sweetened with a few drops of honey taken from his own hives and carefully infused with Calabrese bergamot. We love the ‘nibbles’ menu and its selection of hot and cold bites, too.
