A cooking born on the boats of Northern fishermen
The Robatayaki
At the heart of ROKA, the robata grill. An ancestral Japanese technique, inspired by the fishermen of Northern Japan, who cooked their catch on charcoal directly on their boats. A slow, intense and precise cooking that reveals the purity of flavours.
Three moods, one day
ROKA unfolds an experience that evolves from morning to night. Restaurant, pool and beach compose a single place, designed to flow from one moment to another, from sunlit lunches to sunset hours, all the way to vibrant evenings at the rhythm of the island.

The beating heart of the table
The restaurant
At the centre, the restaurant and its bar, where the panoramic view over the Aegean Sea meets robatayaki flavours. Inspired by the textures and spirit of the Cyclades, the space moves from sunset dinners to more electric nights.
