ENJOY LOCAL CUISINE

Discover sustainable and wellness-focused catering. Our chefs offer locally-sourced menus with each dish made from healthy, seasonal and local produce. We carefully select produce that is sourced within 200 kilometres of our seaside resort. Concious of the environment, we use sustainably-sourced fish.

Because responsible cooking goes beyond the plate, we process our biowaste and limit our packaging through our “plastic free” lunch boxes. Each meal is plated to reduce food waste.

EXPERIENCE A COMMUNITY APPROACH 

We have partnered with the Univers-Sel organisation, created by salt farmers from the Guérande peninsula, donating €1 to them for each sachet of salt purchased. This group supports family-run salt production in Guinea-Bissau and Senegal.

Bread, used soaps, paper, etc.: Our waste is recycled through the appropriate sorting channels. To limit our use of paper, we offer our customers unlimited online access to thousands of newspapers and magazines with Pressreader.
