The basic Thalasso treatments included in the offer are : Vital'mer, Remineralizing bath, Relaxing, slimming or lying jet shower, Hydrowave.
Glossary of treatments :
Vital'mer (20min): this body wrap composed of laminaria seaweed is enriched with the Mother Waters of the Guérande Salt Marshes. More concentrated than seawater in mineral salts and trace elements, the mother waters of Guérande contribute to the proper functioning of the body, in particular thanks to its high concentration of magnesium. The presence of scallop powder reinforces the calcium content and the antioxidants contained in Moutiers marine clay help to protect the skin from premature ageing. This wrap was developed exclusively for La Thalasso & Spa Barrière and is performed in a Vital Dôme Japanese sauna specially adapted for this treatment.
Remineralizing bath (20min): a real feeling of relaxation in this warm seawater bath, enhanced by numerous jets programmed on the different regions of the body which promote blood circulation and relax the muscles.
Jet shower (12min): a jet of warm sea water with adjustable intensity is directed by a hydrotherapist over the whole body and specific treatment areas to relax muscles and stimulate blood circulation
Hydrowave (20min): total relaxation in weightlessness on a water mattress thanks to the combination of elliptical movements, heat and the force of the water which offer a massage from the ankles to the cervicals
A deposit of 30% of the total booking is required and will be cashed on the day of booking. Cancellations or changes can be made up to 4pm, 14 days prior to the arrival date. After this period, the deposit will not be refunded. The price mentioned is a price per person in a Superior double room. Single supplement on request.
