Logging into my personal account

How do I log into my Personal account?
You log into your personal account using your username (your email address) and your personal password.

How do I activate my account?
If you are an Infiniment Barrière member but you do not have an account on the new private area of Hôtels Barrière, you must activate your account to have access to new offers and to continue to enjoy all your benefits in our establishments.
Go to thewww.hotelsbarriere.com page, in the “Activate your account” section, and click on “Activate your account” and then follow the instructions.

I have forgotten the username and/or the password to log into my personal account?
On the login page, simply click on “forgotten password” and an email will be sent to the account address. You simply need to click on the link it contains to then reset the password.

I want to change my password?
Go to the “My Profile” section, click on the link provided for this purpose and then follow the instructions to update your password.

I also have an account on the private area of the casinosbarriere.com website?
Since Hôtels Barrière and Casinos Barrière form part of the same group (groupe Barrière), if you create a personal account on both sites, your usernames must be the same in both areas (same email address and same password). Changing your username and/or your password on one of the two spaces, automatically changes it in the other space.

How do I change my last name, first name or date of birth in my personal space?
This information cannot be edited online. Please contact us on +33 (0)1 73 60 01 23 for any request to change this information.

How long does it take to update information on my account?
Updated information in the private space is immediately visible on your account. This information will be taken into account within 36 hours in our databases. Within this period you may therefore receive communication from us even if you have unsubscribed.

How do I unsubscribe from a newsletter?
Go to the “My Profile” section to change your preferences relating to Barrière communications.

 

My Infiniment Barrière level

What are the levels within the Infiniment Barrière programmes and how can I access them?
The Infiniment Barrière programme has 2 levels.

Découverte (discovery) level is assigned:

  • To any person creating a personal account in the private space of the hotelsbarriere.com website not having previously stayed in a Hôtel Barrière.
  • To any person creating a personal account on hotelsbarriere.com website and not having stayed in a Hôtel Barrière in the past 3 years booked on the www.hotelsbarriere.com website or by calling our booking centre.

Infiniment status is assigned:

  • To customers who are already members of the Infiniment Barrière loyalty programme, who activate their new personal account.
  • To any person creating a personal account in the private space and staying in a Hôtel Barrière booked on the www.hotelsbarriere.com website or by calling our booking centre.
  • To any person creating a personal account in the private space of the hotelsbarriere.com website who has stayed at least once in a Hôtel Barrière in the past 3 years booked on the www.hotelsbarriere.com website or or by calling our booking centre.

What are the benefits of each level?

Découverte level allows you to:

  • enjoy a 5% discount all year round on certain rates
  • get early access to national offers
  • get access to private offers

Infiniment level allows you to:

  • enjoy a 5% discount all year round on certain rates
  • get early access to national offers
  • get access to private offers
  • receive special treatment on your birthday
  • Enjoy a preferential rate guaranteed on sunday evening
  • 10% discount at Casino Barrière restaurants

How do I sign up for a member offer?
To benefit from an offer reserved for Infiniment Barrière members, you must make your booking on the www.hotelsbarriere.com website.
When booking your stay, you must identify yourself as an Infiniment Barrière member by being logged into your personal account, and then selecting the desired offer or entering your member number when booking once you have selected the hotel and the date on our website.

Who is eligible for the Barrière Infiniment Card?

The Infiniment Barrière Card is reserved for Infiniment status members. 

Where can I find my Infiniment Barrière card?

The card is automatically sent to you by email as soon as you reach the Infiniment status, to the email address you have filled out in your personal space. 

Your card is available from your personal space in the "my profile" section. You can receive it by email by clicking on the link "Receive my card by email". 

How long is my Infiniment Barrière card valid?

Your Infiniment Barrière loyalty card has an unlimited life span.

What should I do if my Infiniment Barrière card is lost or stolen?

If you have a physical card, if it is lost or stolen, you must contact our services by email at infiniment@groupebarriere.com.

The information required is: first name, last name, room number, telephone number, email address.

Pre Check-in

 

What is Pre Check-in?
Pre Check-in at Barrière allows you to simplify your check-in formalities and prepare for your stay with peace of mind.

How to proceed to the Pre Check-in?
Five days before your stay, you will receive by email a form to prepare it. We advise you to complete it upon receipt so that all the information is completed before your arrival. This form will also allow you to book services or additional services.

Is the Pre Check-in free of charge?
Pre Check-in is a new free service offered to you by Hôtels Barrière.

Express Checkout


What is Express Check Out?
At the time of your departure, the Express Check Out allows you to leave the establishment without having to go back to the reception.

What are the different steps of the Express Check Out?
1. Upon your arrival, a pre-authorization is requested and will allow you to pay the balance of your bill.
2. Ready to go? All you have to do is deposit your key in the Express Check Out terminal located near the reception before leaving the hotel.
3. The paid invoice is then sent to you by email a few hours after your departure.
If you have any questions about your bill, do not hesitate to go to the reception of your hotel.
