Governance Pillar
Responsible Governance
Planète Barrière is scaled up within the Group's Governance by its two Co-Presidents, Joy Desseigne-Barrière and Alexandre Barrière, its General Manager, Grégory Rabuel, and the Group's Executive Committee.
Le Normandy structures and disseminates the Planète Barrière approach, with concrete actions and measurable indicators. Every year, a CSR assessment allows to evaluate performance, identify successes, and adjust development or progress axes.
Deployment of Responsible Procurement Policy
Le Normandy ensures the integration of CSR issues in its relationships with its suppliers and direct partners, by establishing sustainable collaborations based on trust and mutual interest.
This commitment involves strengthening dialogue with them while ensuring compliance with regulations.
With the help of an operational guide, the objective is to adopt more sustainable practices in all purchasing activities.
