This offer applies exclusively to the following room categories: Deluxe King, Prestige King, and Junior Suite.

Free cancellations and changes up until 48hrs before arrival.

The rate does not include applicable city taxes and fees or service charges. For Suite bookings, an additional $2 Occupancy Tax will be charged nightly. In the event of cancellation after this deadline or a no-show at the Hotel, the first night of your stay will be charged.

In an effort to conserve energy and protect the environment, the Ownership Group has implemented carbon protection equipment and protocols, reducing the building's energy usage by 35%.

Further sustainable actions include the implementation of Lutron systems and LED lighting, the laying of rock foundation to limit dewatering, and significant energy saving achieved throughout (Windows, Roof , Modular HVAC , Superstructure , and Electrical). A fixed fee of $28.00 (service charge) ex tax per room per night is charged to preserve this sustainability program.
