On specific dates, the restaurant runs special evenings based on a particular chef, ingredient or wine, for a pitch-perfect gourmet experience on the Côte d’Amour coast.
The cuisine at La Table du Castel is inspired by the rhythm of the seasons and the treasures of the Guérande Peninsula. Each dish reveals a subtle harmony of local ingredients, such as langoustines, blue lobster, or pigeon from Mesquer. The new lunch menu offers an introduction to the chef’s world, while the multi-course tasting menus invite guests on a sensory journey through our regional specialties. In this luxurious restaurant in La Baule, the menu evolves with the tides and the harvests, balancing authenticity with environmental respect. Each dish is paired with a carefully selected wine to highlight the uniqueness of its flavors.
Castel Marie-Louise stands at the heart of a park shaded by centuries-old pines, just moments from the shoreline. Natural light bathes the dining room, unveiling an inviting ambiance where period furnishings converse with views of the lush gardens. This historic manor in La Baule offers a serene retreat, inviting contemplation and awakening the senses—the hallmark of a truly exceptional gastronomic destination.
As a child of the Nantes region, Jérémy is keen to work with local craftsmen and to give pride of place to local produce. This approach allows him to offer a cuisine of emotions, authentic and generous, through culinary creations that are just like him! Very committed to preserving marine resources, in 2020 he signed the Ethic Océan restaurant owner's charter Jérémy Coirier, Chef of the restaurant Castel Marie-Louise.
The restaurant is open Thursday to Sunday, lunchtime from 12:30 to 2pm and dinner from 7:30pm to 9pm.
Animals are not allowed in the restaurant.
