This approach allows him to offer a cuisine of emotions, authentic and generous, through culinary creations that are just like him! Very committed to preserving marine resources, in 2020 he signed the Ethic Océan restaurant owner's charter Jérémy Coirier, Chef of the restaurant Castel Marie-Louise.
