Balneo area access:
Hotel guests enjoy unlimited access to the spa area from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival until 12 p.m. on the day of departure. This area is accessible to children taller than 1.50 m, accompanied by an adult. Between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m., the spa area is reserved exclusively for hotel guests. Furthermore, access to the hammam and sauna is without swimwear (towels must be worn), except between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m., when swimwear is mandatory.
Privacy screens are available in this area.
A proper swimsuit (no swimming shorts), a towel or bathrobe, and plastic sandals are required throughout the Balneo area.
