The “Gourmet New Year's Eve stay in Lille at Les Hauts de Lille” offer is valid on the night of December 31, 2025, subject to availability within the limit of rooms reserved for this offer. Reservations from October 15, 2025, to December 27, 2025.

The dinner on December 31 consists of: Scallop quenelle, Comines escargots; Lobster ravioli, creamy parsnip and bisque;

Pan-fried foie gras, delicate duck consommé jelly, Jerusalem artichoke and sourdough toast; Truffled Bresse poultry, smoked potato emulsion, Swiss chard and pan-fried mushrooms; Brie with truffles, served as a surprise bread; Apple and cinnamon granita; Spiced poached pear, Williams pear gel, macadamia biscuit, macadamia custard, Andoa chocolate. Menu does not include drinks.
