The “Gourmet New Year's Eve stay in Lille at La Terrasse du Parc” offer is valid on the night of December 31, 2025, subject to availability within the limit of rooms reserved for this offer. Reservations from October 15, 2025, to December 27, 2025.

The dinner on December 31 consists of: Oysters with champagne sabayon; Foie gras terrine, mango chutney, pineapple in all its forms, and pistachio slivers; Pan-fried scallops, mushroom royale, vanilla beurre blanc; Veal tournedos, foie gras jus, truffled potato gratin, and vintage vegetable tartlet; Chocolate dessert and exotic fruits. Menu does not include drinks.
