Improve your endurance on a treadmill. Build your muscles gently on a recumbent bike, specially designed for people suffering from back pain. Monitor your heart rate during exercise. The Technogym® machines are fitted with large screens, so you can monitor your performance in real time, watch TV or listen to music during exercise. With a cosy atmosphere, huge mirrors and sophisticated décor, the Wellness Centre is a place where everyone can excel.
