Christmas cake
This year, Pastry Chefs Anthony Coquereau from Fouquet's Paris and Hugo Sipp from Fouquet's Dubai have combined their creativity to create a delicious Christmas cake.
A log in the image of the emblematic Fouquet's Paris to promote this symbol of French gastronomy internationally. A creation for those with a sweet tooth, made with crunchy white chocolate and a gourmet entremet. It's made up of a hazelnut biscuit, a feuillantine praline with a delicate layer of lemon mousse and a biscuit with a hazelnut cream, all covered in crunchy chocolate. Inside, hidden beneath the first layer of the log, are little Alsatian biscuits. The perfect blend of tradition and modernity. A dessert to be enjoyed at Fouquet's Paris and Dubai for a moment of conviviality.
