The Brasserie offers a traditional French cuisine with regional specialities in an elegant atmosphere. Whether it be sauerkraut with 5 meats or pan-fried veal kidneys, dishes are revisited with finesse by Chef David Meyer.
Try home-made spaetzles or a grilled sea bass fillet served with a risotto quenelle and confit fennel. Appreciate beautifully presented plates and delicate dishes.
