The Wellness Concierge Service offers a sporting activities program and a personalized coaching which promise to turn your stay into a healthy break.
Individual coaching
At the resort, your sport assistant provides you with advice and keep you informed about the sport and wellness activities available at the resort. Look for the trainer shaped pins on his shirt!

CARDIO
Indulge in a sporting getaway by combining good mood and cardiovascular development in an idyllic setting.
Courses offered according availability of the coach. Information at Balneo. Hours: 8:30 am, 2:30 pm, 6:00 pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30 am, 6:00 pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday. An average session lasts 20 minutes.
MUSCULAR STRENGTHENING
Strengthen your muscle and postural tone in a calm and peaceful environment
Courses offered according availability of the coach. Information at Balneo . Hours: 8:30 am, 2:30 pm, 6:00 pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30 am, 6:00 pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday. An average session lasts 20 minutes.
RELAXATION
Give yourself a moment of relaxation and well-being on land or in the water
Courses offered according availability of the coach. Information at Balneo . Hours: 8:30 am, 2:30 pm, 6:00 pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30 am, 6:00 pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday. An average session lasts 20 minutes.
SAUNA ANIMATION
Every day at 11:00 am, 5:00 pm and 08:30 pm. Fridays and Saturdays, additional session at 09:30 pm.
AQUAGYM
Get in shape with a aquagym course !
Reservation required. Price: 12€ per session. Courses offered on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays at 9:00 am.
For guests staying at the hotel, we offer a "Muscle Awakening" course: inscription at Balneo the day before. Course at 8:30 am.
For all information about the planning, the reception and the coaches are at your disposal during your stay.
