Further sustainable actions include the implementation of Lutron systems and LED lighting, the laying of rock foundation to limit dewatering, and significant energy saving achieved throughout (Windows, Roof , Modular HVAC , Superstructure , and Electrical). A fixed fee of $28.00 ex tax per room per night is charged to preserve this sustainability program.
