Le chef William Elliott
Discreet chef but nevertheless an emblematic figure of Le Touquet, William Elliott has officiated for more than 30 years in the kitchens of Le Westminster, which he joined in 1991. The Chef works only with seasonal products and imagines his dishes every day according to the arrivals of fish, delivered directly to his kitchen. With delicacy and fantasy, he respects each product that he sublimates by cooking it with passion.
