Our hotels will reopen at reduced capacity to welcome you into an intimate and completely safe environment. If you are unable to get to the hotel, or if the hotel cannot accommodate you, due to French government health measures, we undertake to reimburse you for all the costs of your stay (see the details in the offer conditions below).

As our restaurants and bars are closed, our teams will offer you personalized catering services in your own room or in another one turned into a private dining room for your personal use with an extra cost and subjet to availability. Well-being and leisure activities are adapted to your wishes, while respecting the health regulations in force at the time of your stay (excluding the restaurant, bar, swimming pool, hammam and fitness center which will be closed).

For the “Winter Break” offer, accommodation and in-room continental breakfast per day and per person are included, and for the “Teleworking” offer, a superior room, in-room continental breakfast, a work room and 2 breaks (morning and afternoon), from Monday to Friday, are included.

Pre-payment by bank card of the total amount of the stay to be made at the time of booking. These offers can be canceled or changed free of charge up to 14 days before your stay.

For an extra cost of 120€ per day, you may book an additional room (available at the same hours as the room initially booked for your stay) turned into a private dining room to take all your meals of the day. If you are unable to get to the hotel, or if the hotel cannot accommodate you, in both cases due to rules imposed by the French government in connection with regional or national health measures related to COVID19 covering the period of your stay, or if you are medically certified unable to travel due to infection with COVID19 on the date of your stay, we undertake to reimburse you for all the costs of your stay as specified in your booking and paid to the Barrière Group, to the exclusion of any other costs outside the Group such as, for example, your travel costs or your booking costs relating to establishments other than our own.
