The beach

Make the most of the heat settled on a beach towel. Lounge on the seafront promenade, nicknamed the "remblai" (embankment) by La Baule locals. Admire one of the world's most beautiful bays. Fine sand stretches languorously from Pornichet bay to Le Pouliguen. Elegant huts are striped with blue and white. Enjoy lunch on the terrace and a morning jog across 9 kilometres. Come evening, submit to the beauty of the sunset over the Atlantic.
