Flexible offers (Zen and B Flex offers) include a night in a double room and, depending on the rate selected, breakfast. These offers are bookable in participating Barrière Hotels (excluding Hôtel Les Neiges Courchevel, Hôtel Le Carl Gustaf, l’Hôtel du Lac Enghien-les-Bains and Hôtel Westminster) subject to availability and conditions relating to rooms reserved for these offers.
The Zen offer can be canceled or changed free of charge up to 21 days before your stay and the total amount of the booking will be charged to your bank card just after booking confirmation.
The B Flex offer can be canceled or changed free of charge until 16:00 the day before arrival, with booking guaranteed by credit card.
If you are unable to get to the hotel, or if the hotel cannot accommodate you, in both cases due to rules imposed by the French government in connection with regional or national health measures related to COVID19 covering the period of your stay, or if you are medically certified unable to travel due to infection with COVID19 on the date of your stay, we undertake to reimburse you for all the costs of your stay as specified in your booking and paid to the Barrière Group, to the exclusion of any other costs outside the Group such as, for example, your travel costs or your booking costs relating to establishments other than our own.
