It is in the heart of this bar that the Fouquet's legend began! A cocktail bar since the 1900s, the Escadrille is now the bar of the famous Brasserie. A cosy and lively place whose muffled atmosphere with its wood panelling, black and white portraits and historic propeller pays tribute to the heroes of aviation. A meeting place for the aviators of the time, it is now the whole of Paris that invites itself to its zinc to taste the great classics of mixology, as well as creations that will go perfectly with tapas for a Parisian aperitif!
