Let all your cares float away, or clock up some lengths in a water pool heated to 28°C all year round. Go all out in the indoor pool. When the warm weather arrives, bask in the La Baule sunshine on sunbeds with parasols on the outdoor pool patio. Linger a little longer at the restaurant La Terrasse, which serves gourmet and light lunches.
