Best Price Guarantee – Conditions

Definition

If after having booked a Barrière hotel on our website, you find an equivalent offer with a lower price for the same hotel and room type on another website (excluding visitor tax but including handling fees) in the 24 hours following your booking, we will match this price and offer a further 10% off

 

Application of the guarantee

This guarantee applies to bookings for a Barrière Hotel with a booking confirmation number sent when the transaction was confirmed. It applies to equivalent room types, equivalent sales conditions (prepayment and deposit transfer requirements, cancellation conditions, conditions for modifying the booking) and equivalent dates for the stay

For requests concerning bookings of two or more consecutive nights (at the same hotel), the Best Price Guarantee is based on the price per night rather than the price for the total stay.


Applicable prices/exclusions

The Best Price Guarantee applies exclusively to bookings for rooms at Barrière hotels.

The prices relating to the Best Price Guarantee must be accessible to the public and available to book, excluding in particular:
- Exceptional offers on events sales websites (Ventes Privées and Voyage Privé). 
- Rates reserved for "groups", "businesses", or "seminar and meeting organisers"
- Specific promotional deals offering further reductions following a booking (promotional codes supplied after subscribing to a newsletter, for example)
- Rates reserved for Infiniment Barrière cardholders
- Rates reserved for partners of the Barrière Group and associates (Visa, Amex, Mastercard, Virtuoso…)
- Rates reserved for Barrière Group employees
- The following websites with which we have no direct commercial relationship:

    Processing requests

    The request must be made via the online form in the 24 hours following the booking, and 48 hours before arrival at the hotel. All mandatory fields must be filled in, and the request must be accompanied by the supporting documents required. Requests that are incomplete, incorrect, or include illegible or incomplete supporting documents will not be processed.

    Our customer service department will verify the various elements and grant the Best Price Guarantee if your request fulfils the full application criteria. You will then receive an email with the new applicable price.

    If your request does not fulfil the specified conditions, we will send you an email stating that the Guarantee is not applicable.

    If you wish to cancel the booking, the relevant cancellation conditions are those detailed in the sales conditions, available on the lucienbarriere.com website.


    Modifications

    Barrière Hotels reserves the right to modify or end the Best Price Guarantee, as well as the conditions of the Guarantee, at any time by publishing the information on the lucienbarriere.com website.
